Parts of it are an education for me. I have a tendency to think in
terms of hardware interfaces and monolithic agents, and I need to be
reminded from time to time that some problems are a lot more
complicated.

I am certainly open to suggestions for replacement text, if anyone
cares to offer them. My goal is to get a preliminary version of
the document out to the mreview list later today and to submit a
new I-D next week. I'll be travelling and out of e-mail contact for
a week starting tomorrow, but I expect to be back on-line by 21
August; if there is a proposal for something substantially better
by then, it would be great.

Thanks,

Mike
