Repository for all MIB modules from RFCs

Not sure what you mean by the above David.
But if you intend to suggest that the RFC-Editor should also put all
the MIB modules from the RFCs in that place, then we can discuss that, 
but that is a different topic.
It will involve a lot of work (to extract and make the current versions
available... what about older versions, since you seem to want SMIv1 as well?)
and we as MIB doctor should then probably have to chime in to do so.
But if you want to pursue, pls take it up as a different subject
(I have already changes the subject line assuming this is what you meant).
