I like the current short title - but I know that the IESG/RFC editor
have changed their minds to like long titles, lots of boilerplate texts 
and so on. So we probably have to make it at least two lines long.
What about:

	Guidelines for Authors and Reviewers of Documents containing
	Management Information Base (MIB) Modules

But frankly, I don't care much about this as long as the title is
not misleading. ;-)
