volunteer mib doctor needed for isis mib

I need a MIB doctor for the IS-IS routing protocol MIB which you can
find in <draft-ietf-isis-wg-mib-17.txt>. There are some idnits kind
of things the author can hopefully check himself. What seems more
important here is to check the general construction of the MIB module
and of course proper usage of the SMIv2.

If you have some spare cycles to help, please drop me a note and
indicate when you will be able to work on this MIB module.
