If we believe we need more standard integer TCs, someone should write
a document which defines these TCs. Submit this as an individual
submission for standards track and run through the normal procedure.
Note that the set of sized integers you can reasonaly define is rather
limited and so the task is well scoped and there is good chance to get
this right quickly and then the existing standards process likely just
works fine. I don't think we need any special procedures for this.
What scares me a bit is the idea of a not well scoped IANA TC module
with some ad-hoc maintenance procedures.
