  I've used Henrik's rfcdiff to strip the headers/footers, and then my
XMLMind plugin's "Paste as Paragraphs" and "Convert Selected
Paragraphs to List" to try to do formatting.  It's still fairly
intensive work, though, I've only done a-few-page documents.
