Hi Dan,

Currently, I am acting as MIB Dr. for MIBs in CCAMP (GMPLS) and
L3VPN (VR-based VPNs).  I would like to continue in this capacity.

I do have a question on this topic though, if we are to assign a MIB Dr.
to a working group, what happens if the MIB Dr. authors a MIB in that
working group?

While I can see the need for a MIB Dr who participates earlier in the
MIB review process, I also think we need to be careful because this
may result in less participation by the working group.  I have already seen
the idea expressed, that a MIB is going up for MIB Dr review so will
consider
a working group member's comments "later" which doesn't happen, even when
the MIB has not yet been through working group last call.

PS.  I was listening on the audio but did not have the jabber part set
up.  Audio was good but did cut out on me as Juergen reported.
Also, did want to express that I think having more of the right MIB tools
available will
help quite a bit.
