No fee SMICng license

HI,

As specified at the IETF MIB doctors meeting, I've
convinced SNMPinfo to provide licenses to SMICng
for no fee to MIB doctors. Send me your request
and I'll make sure you get a license.

Note, the latest version of SMICng from the SNMPinfo
WEB site doesn't yet have all the changes applied
that Bert has requested. I'm creating a list of
changes and will post it soon. Also, the MIB
modules are very much out of date. However, you
should be able to get extracted MIB modules from
other sources. I hope that I can get other providers
of MIB modules to also provide the include files
used by SMICng, so there will be a single place
for extracted MIB modules.
