RE: Time to Revise the TC list



I think that IndexInteger and IndexIntegerNextFree TCs in the
DIFFSERV-MIB in RFC3289 are pretty usefull and could be promoted
for general use.

Further I think that Dscp and DscpOrAny TCS in the DIFFSERV-DSCP-TC
in RFC3289 are also useful for general use.

Did we not do something fro VlanID and VlanIDOrNone and some such as
well, These can also be of generic use I think.

This is not my complete list. Just adding them as I happened to
see them while reviewing some other MIB module in 802.1 space.
