RE: MIB EDU training in Montreal

Hi,

I think this looks like a good start. It is a bit dated (the AD has
changed) but otherwise it looks very appropriate to WG chairs
training. If it will be presented to potential editors and other WG
participants, then it probably could be made more generic.

It might be good to work on the presentation to identify issues of
concern to MIB editors, in particular. This could happen over time as
the presentation is given at multiple IETFs.

If Bert and David P. do not wish to give the presentation, I would be
willing to do so. I think Bert, as ex-AD, would be a good person to do
this presentation since it is currently focused on WG chairs.
