Significant criticism by who?

The primary obstacles for IPv6 deployment have been:

	0) Supession, not reduction, of IPv4 address consumption.

	1) Complexity of protocol such as ND, IPsec and routing header
	useful for no meaningful purposes.

	2) People insisting on keeping complex useless features and not
	introducing necessary features.
