I am going to bring this up in the IEEE 802 Handoff Study Group.

BTW, I am NOT going to Vienna too much IEEE 802 travel required by work and 
hard to justify to my family yet another week on the road.

Plus I expect to miss the Novemeber meeting in favor of the IEEE 802 
plenary that same week...
