The IESG has approved the Internet-Draft 'Goals for IPv6 Site-Multihoming 
Architectures' <draft-ietf-multi6-multihoming-requirements-07.txt> as 
an Informatinal RFC. This document is the product of the Site Multihoming 
in IPv6 Working Group. 
The IESG contact persons are Randy Bush and Bert Wijnen
