When I saw Dave's note, I wondered how "stack" mapped onto "dual-stack
ipv4/ipv6". If everybody thinks "dual-stack" is still one stack for
the purposes of this discussion, fine, but if we don't all have the
same answer to this question, I like endpoint better, too.
