I've come across the posts of many trolls, many of whom waste time. Is there some reason you believe Jeff Williams is more of a pseudonym than any of the other trolls?
I.e., if you're going to make that accusation (of pseudonym), please include the reasons for the accusation.

As to whether to reply, I would prefer that you let the WG decide that for themselves. Blackballing posters is an extreme measure, and shouldn't be done unless absolutely necessary. Besides, trolls are everywhere.
