To we envision short lived netconf connections? I mean, in HTTP 1.0,
you had a separate connection for every little icon or other gimmick.
Do we expect that same for netconf? I would hope not.
On the other hand, lazy script writers might produce exactly this
kind of thing (and most of them will not bother about nice cleanups
and just call "exit" or whatever).
