Liaison statement review during OpSec WG meeting

Hi Folks,

A part of the WG meeting tomorrow will be to review a TMOC liaison
statement to the WG.  So that everyone can be prepared, the statement can
be found here:

It has already been pointed out that many of the references are out of
date.  Joe Salowey and I will give an overview of the statement and will
solicit feedback in the meeting tomorrow.  We'll also take input via email
at any time.
