new versions of PSAMP documents

Dear document editors,

Thank you very much for the effort you spent on producing new versions
of the PSAMP documents in time before the cut-off date.

Could you please for each document send a message to the list, that
summarizes the changes compared to the previous version?
(Benoit already did so for the protocol document.)
