Hi John,

No. The lifetime of the CUI must be longer then the lifetime of the session.
Much longer.

But it would be defined by the SDO.

To summarize:
-The SDO will define the format of the CUI; and
-When the CUI is an opaque value, it will define how long it is valid for.
