Proposed Resolution to Issue 87 (RADIUS MIB Updates)

Since the discussion of this issue has subsided, with no WG members
dissenting from the MIB Doctor's recommendations, I propose to
incorporate those recommendations into the next revision of the drafts.

In summary, the drafts will contain the tables from RFCs 2618-2621 with
the IPv4-only format address objects changed from "current" to
"deprecated".  New tables will be added (in parallel) with IPv4/IPv6
format address objects.  To promote backwards compatibility, the
compliance statements will require both old and new tables to be
instantiated when IPv4 addresses are in use, and only the new tables
when IPv4 addresses are not in use (i.e. IPv6 only).

The new RFCs, when issued, will either Update or Obsolete RFCs
2618-2621, as appropriate.
