I'm extremely pleased to hear that! For example, I'm inclined to think
that TLSoSCTP might be a choice far less destructive of RADIUS semantics
that TLSoTCP...

No doubt. The only question is where & how. I strongly believe that
the radext WG is not the right place,\. The IETF standardization process
may be the "how"; the normal way this is discovered is through the BOF
process.
