OK, great.  I was suggesting that we add that text to the ISMS RADIUS Usage
draft, as that's where SNMP-specific discussion belongs.  Just to clarify,
is that what you are in favor of?  Or do you think it needs to [also] be in
the RADIUS Management Authorization draft?
