  Hmm... I'm not sure that there is a clear distinction between "RADIUS"
from "RADIUS attributes".   The abstract also starts off by discussing
attributes, so the topic is addressed quickly in the document.

  The rest of the commencts are reasonable, and can be addressed as part
of final editing && review.
