Three more jokes:
- Let's disregard the address depletion issue and the growth of tables and
update churn will stop all by itself.
- Today the fairly routable E.164 numbers (which includes country code,
area code) are mapped to the, wrt. routing, really not meaningfull IP
addresses
- Siemens tries to sell its switch-department SEN, complaing that it
has missed to convert switches to routers. Imagine if all switches
would be L3-routers such that "dial-in" connections aren't needed ! The internet
would have hit the wall already a while ago
