I understand your concerns here.

However I note that we just managed to get the meeting announcement in within
the 30 day stipulated advance notice. (apologies about the last minute 
planning!)

How do others feel - should we shift this to the Sunday and the Monday morning,
or are you happy with the proposed weekend scheduling?
