NAT-PT Applicability

Hi All,

In SF, we discussed the need for an applicability statement
for NAT-PT.  There was consensus of the WG to produce this
applicability statement, and many people said that they
were willing to work on it.

The chairs would like to spin up this effort before Vienna.

Could people who are willing to spend time working on a
NAT-PT applicability document please send mail to me, Pekka
and Bob by next Wednesday (May 21st)?  We'll then put
together a design team to do this work.
