Sorry for the delay on this issue.

The NAT-PT DT is lead by Suresh Satapati.  Other members are, at this
point, Senthil Sivakumar, Karim El-Malki, Satomi Okazaki, Peter Barany and
Hao Wang.

Thanks for everybody who volunteered to the effort; only a small team 
could be picked, with different kinds of expertise, but I'm sure the rest 
of the WG will continue to contribute to the effort as soon as there is a 
draft on the table.
