On behalf of the v6ops WG, we'd like to request that the following
document be published as Proposed Standard RFC:

Basic Transition Mechanisms for IPv6 Hosts and Routers

The first working group last call for this document was completed on
25th November. It has since then been revised to close the issues
raised in the Last Call.  No objections were received during the
another 1-week Last Call, which ended on 8th February.
