Need info regarding status of some items

Hi,

 

I need some info on the status of following things –

 

1. IPv4 mapped IPv6 address
2. Site local address
3. IPv4 compatible IPv6 tunnels
4. 6over4 tunnels
5. BIS

 

I wanted to know whether the above concepts are deprecated. Can anybody please throw some light on the same?
