Draft on ISP broad-band deployment scenarios

Hi,

Adeel Ahmed, Ciprian Popoviciu, and Salman Asadullah from Cisco did a 
lot of work in a very short time and produced a really extensive 
scenarios document discussing the IPv6 deployment scenarios for 
broadband (DSL, cable, etc.).

It has been sent to internet-drafts@, but as there have been some 
problems with the process, it's also temporarily available at (one 
line):

This should be able to provide a lot of very useful input.  I'm sure
the authors would love to get feedback from the WG -- please read and
comment.
