Works for me.

Two nits though:
1. I think the names of people listed in the acknowledgements was originally
   in alphabetical order. I see that this is no longer the case but it
   might make sense to put them back in alphabetical order.

2. In the change log there is a change from

   -    Added a note that using TTL=255 when encapsulating might be
        useful for decapsulation security checks later on.
to
   -    Added a note that using TTL=255 when encapsulating.

which seems like an incomplete sentence. Did you intend to change this
bullet?
