As an aside, I think this is being covered in the zero-config tunnelling discussions now, which I feel is important (i.e. automatic IPv4-in-IPv6 tunnelling).
I was actually thinking of a configured router-to-router 4-in-6 tunnel as an alternative to double-NAT-PT, but of course an automatic one would be even nicer.
