I would expect that those cellphones would have really lousy battery life while they were continually sending bubble packets at their SIP registration servers in order to keep their packet filter state alive. I know of at least one mobile phone maker who isn't using SIP and IPv6 in their handsets because IEEE 802.11 PS-mode is pretty pointless when you have to wake up and do keepalives so frequently.
