If I receive a request from someone to remove their name, I will, certainly. As to why Mark is listed (as well as a few others who may feel similarly)?Simple. Those who challenge us or question our work, make that work stronger.
So, even those who do not agree with me, if they helped me produce what I think is better work, deserve credit.
