Hi

i had this week an meeting with interroute (www.interroute.com).
they have an product, calles virtual voice network:

they offer flat E1, T1 and Voip (fastethernet, 30 channels) ports at 
"flat" prices (starting at 300eur with voip) to following destinations:
Prag / CZ
Zuerich / CH
Frankfurt /DE
Amsterdam / NL
London / UK
NY / USA
Vienna / AT
Milan or Rom / IT
Paris / FR (coming soon)

The product is a "big worldwide voice switch" where you could book the 
ports.
example:
Vienna - Headquarter: 2x Voip (60 cannel) where you push the int-traffic in
London - 1x E1 you meet a cheap carrier
NY -     1x Voip you hand out us voip traffic

seems to be the first who offer a product like this.
