wl-draft-config-alist too many times

Hi,

while setting things up I left an elisp message statement in my
wl-draft-config-alist setting (FUNCTION). Every time that I pop up a draft buffer
(different frame than wl itself) and I move the focus away and back
to this frame I see my message printing again and again in the *Messages*
buffer. This seems to mean that wl-draft-config-exec is executed every
time I return focus to the draft buffer. Is this normal? Any reason
for that?
