Excellent suggestion! It turns out the boxes are named INBOX.2008
instead of INBOX/2008. I wonder if this is an artifact of the mail
server itself or of the way the folders were created with
Thunderbird. Either way it worked when I corrected the folder names to
use . instead of / Thanks for the help!
