Jump to Compose Buffer?

Hi,
Sorry for the question but I was wondering whether there was a way to jump directly
to the line below the "--text follows this line -- " line when composing an email? In particular,
when I compose an email (C-x m) and fill in the To and Subject areas, I'd like to be able to just
jump down to the text part of the email. I'm sure there are probably plenty of ways (macros etc) to achieve
this but I was wondering what the best way was (or if there was something already built into wl that does
this)
