I know you have received a number of answers already, and that at
least one of them works for you, but another solution that is not
WL-specific but works perfectly fine with WL, as well as other Emacs
MUAs, is:
(setq mail-default-headers "Bcc: mybackupemailaddress@somewhere.com")
