Fowarded messages, = signs

Hi there,

Does anyone else get the behaviour that, when you prepare a draft for
forwarding using (wl-summary-forward), which I guess calls
(wl-draft-forward), the forwarded message often ends up with lots of =
signs it; =20 for line spaces, =3D for '=' etc.

Any ideas why this happens or how to fix it?
