I just found an ill-behaved mailer: Cerberus Helpdesk 5.0.1 (Build
2010061702) only seems to leave the immediate parent message in
references:.  Maybe we should loop until all referenced messages have
been found.

Another thing that would be awesome would be to fix the behavior of
`^' to look in the "All mail" folder before it asks about looking in
NNTP.
