The supported folder types are mentioned in the following paragraph.
IMO a casual user does not need ELMO is or what ELMO supports if the
supported folders are discussed in the chapter.

This wouldn't be accurate: ELMO is not a subpackage but WL's backend.
And, in turn, WL is ELMO's frontend.

Maybe just put this part of the manual on a list for further
discussion.  IIRC there are similarities in WL's and Mew's folder
syntax and maybe there is a historical connection.
