Please understand tthe tone of my mail is not negative, I am appreciative of this list, and wl as a whole. Sometimes tone is difficult to communicate in word, perhaps this is why I am in the IT field instead of being a published author.
I cannot seem to figure out how to unsubscribe. I have my main email as well as this gmail each getting 2 copies of every email. I never was able to "post" to the list from my main email so I set up a gmail account too. Thats 4 emails for every post made. Its like an ICMP amplifier ported to SMTP.
Although I use wanderlust daily, I am getting a lot more freezes I cannot C-g out of so I am thinking I may try gnus for a few months (the only MUA I have used in emacs so far is wanderlust). The problem seems to be getting worse, perhaps because my IMAP folders are growing in size.
I suspect tramp mode may be a contributing factor to my frozen emacs, but I would like to see emacs freeze once a week or less. Hopefully I can chase down the cause of my problems, it seems triggered mostly when there are network interruptions.
