ido-mode, wanderlust, and refile

I've recently tried ido-ubiquitous, which I'm enjoying very much:

However, it interacts poorly with Wanderlust's IMAP refile. When I refile, I see:

Folder name for refile (%mail/foo): %mail/{%mail/bar | %mail/baz ...}

I want to hit return for %mail/foo, but the default when hitting return
is the first item in the {}, in this case %mail/bar.

Anyone else run into this?

(On another note, anyone ever get tab completion to work for refile folders?)
