Ah yes, that's the one. And it turned out that what I needed was to
tweak this regex to account for the fact that the emails in question
do not include "re" in their subject lines. It was on my work
computer, but I think I did something like:
"^[ ]*\\(\\[[^:]+[,: ][0-9]+\\]\\)?[ ]*\\(re\\|[customer]\\)[\\^[:> ]"
