I got a copy of this (there are several sites that sell/rent these,
all of which seem to offer free preview copies).  The actual training
version is like $800.  I didn't manage to make it through too much of it;
although there was some humor there it was also a little blah.  I was
planning on making a quicktime of it to allow others to evaluate too
but it's not clear that's allowed by the terms of the license.
