56th IETF Meeting - Hotel Reservation

The IETF Secretariat is in the process of making hotel reservations for the
IAB and IESG for the 56th IETF Meeting, which will be held in San Francisco, CA.
The meeting dates are March 16-21, 2003.

If you would like your hotel room reserved through the IETF Secretariat,
please send the following information to agenda@ietf.org by Friday,
January 17, 2003. Once we receive the confirmation number from the
hotel, we will forward that information on to you. We typically receive
confirmation numbers about two weeks prior to the meeting. If you have
any changes to your reservation, please send a message to agenda@ietf.org
with the changes and we will take care of them for you.
