Path MTU discovery - Matt Mathis

As discussed during the call yesterday, I asked Matt Mathis in person
about the alternative path mtu discovery work progress - we were both
at the NSF PI meeting.  He said there are some prototypes, two*
drafts, and a lot of energy.  He'd be interested in a BOF, and he 
thinks it is probably more INT with TSV looking on.  Getting in 
touch is a good idea.

P.S. He also said that it may all be moot if IEEE ignores 
issues and only lets any media have 1500 no matter what - his 
organization is working on that side of things too, as folks thought.
