Re: IESG minutes

thanks for pushing!

The IESG noticed the problem on Jan 3, and notified the secretariat.
I have no explanation for why it isn't done yet; the minutes are normally 
approved by the IESG on the next telechat (2 weeks after the one the 
minutes are for), and should be published a few working days after that.
