One specific point I'd like to follow up:

I saw an earlier draft of the financials, and heard this argument.
Without doubting the veracity of the argument (and without becoming
an expert meeting planner myself), I think it would be useful to

	1. put this explanation on the web page
	2. collect some alternative hypothesis data from
	   Foretec -- i.e., if we had no food for one of those
	   meetings, what would the rooms have cost
